The MACA eboard hopes you can join us on 2/29 at 10AM to discuss “Annual Products” for your department/agency!

Whether you are required to draft them or want to create them, we will use this opportunity to show off your products and go over all the details of product requests, product hurdles, best practices, etc. Ideally, we will screen-share your products from your laptop at the meeting -- but as a backup-- if you have a product you want to discuss please send it to VP of Administration Melissa Trzepacz before the meeting so that we have them on hand, should we need to shift to a plan B.

Please come prepared to discuss hurdles you face when creating these products, who is the requestor of the products, your audience, and how much time it takes you to complete them.

Before the “Annual Products” discussion, the MACA eboard will be offering a quick walk through of the Mobilize site and the macrimeanalysts.org website to show you what you can do and ensure you have access to our website. Please try to log into both Mobilize and the MACA website prior to the meeting.

The MACA eboard will also take a few minutes to discuss amendments we are proposing to MACA’s bylaws-- all changes will be put out to the group for voting** before being put into action.

**Be on the lookout, the MACA eboard will be sending out a survey link in the coming days ---- it is vital to the future of MACA that you take the time to complete this survey and provide honest feedback. The survey will cover a wide breadth of topics that are vital to the future and direction of MACA.
